Stacy Kirby Hadsell As a patient six months ago giving birth to my beautiful baby girl..my experience was one ill never forget. The staff in the birthcenter were outstanding. Everyone from nutrition to housekeeping were kind & caring. What makes everything even more special is I get to work for Mercy Southwest and see all of the caring people who made my experience great! Thank you Mercy staff: )

This was a nice hospital. Had to go to the E.R. there on a Saturday afternoon. I was expecting a waiting room full of gangsters, drug dealers, and people who couldn't speak english. Luckily, only the latter was there (which I can deal with). My wife got in right away and I walked the grounds with my son. I was pleased with the landscaping and quiet atmosphere of the whole hospital.

This is a wonderful hospital with a very competent ER. The staff there is very knowledgable and efficient at moving patients quickly and with respect. The wait is never long even through ER like most hospitals. Staff is caring and grounds along with building are very well maintained. If you have to be sick its the place to be.

This is a really nice hospital with very knowledgeable health care team. They seem to care about each patient and answer your questions very well. I have been here a few times for different reasons and have always had good experiences.

My sister in law had her son at Mercy SW and it was a great experience. The nursing staff and doctors were amazing. My husband and I had to wait in the waiting room since of course you can only have two people in the birthing room (which was already slotted my my mother in law and the father). However - they let us in probably 5 minutes after our new nephew was born.
Great response time, and they were very considerate. The staff was always helpful, and I am considering having my 3rd child here if my insurance allows.
